'The Island Clinic in Hook, Hampshire was founded under the guidance of Mr Jerry Gilmore, an internationally recognised leading surgeon in sports
medicine and the same experienced team of professionals that run the world renowned Groin and Hernia Clinic at 108 Harley Street in London.
The Clinic is based on an island, which forms part of the historic Whitewater Mill complex in Hook, within a calm and beautiful countryside setting.
The facilities available here are fantastic. We have a number of treatment rooms, a good sized gym with cardio-vascular machines, resistance equipment
and free weights, a swimming pool, jacuzzi and changing rooms with showers as well as acres of land surrounding the Island.
The extensive variety of treatments we offer includes: Sports Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy, Personal Training, Chiropractic Therapy,
Sports Massage, Pilates, Yoga, Podiatry, Aqua Aerobics and Beauty and Holistic Treatments all within a multi-disciplinary team.
We do not operate like a health club or leisure centre, it is strictly by appointment only, we are able to offer a Harley Street service in the calm
of the countryside.
