The Clinic is based on an island, which forms part of the historic Whitewater Mill complex in Hook, within a calm and beautiful countryside setting.

and free weights, a swimming pool, jacuzzi and changing rooms with showers as well as acres of land surrounding the Island.

Monday Evenings 7.30 - 9.00 pm in the Bridewell meeting room.
Classes will be kept deliberately small so that more individual attention can be paid to individual needs of students.
