Hypnotherapy is a safe and natural therapy associated with the cure of phobias such as fear of heights or flying, and addictions, particularly
smoking, but it can also help with such diverse issues as fertility problems, including IVF, weight loss, sleep problems, pain control, relationship issues, lack of confidence, stress, motivation, or improving sporting performance.

Unfortunately there are many 'part time', newly qualified or poorly trained hypnotherapists in the local area who rely on simply attempting to plant positive suggestions in the subconscious. This is sometimes given ‘modern marketing labels’, such as ‘Solution’ or ‘Resolution’ based hypnotherapy or ‘Complete Mind Therapy’. Although this sometimes
